Milan Airports
1) Milano Malpensa: Has all the major airlines + Easyjet, connected to Milan by Malpensa Express train. Costs €11 one way and takes approx 35min. The Milan stop is called "Milano Cadorna", which is also metro stop.
2) Milano Linate: closest to Milan and is connected by a bus (number X73) that brings you to Duomo, centre of Milan. New: They've started running buses between Linate and Milan Central station recently, runs every 30min from 6am to 11.45pm.
3) Bergamo Orio al serio: Cheap airline airport and as usual not technically "in Milan". There are coaches operated by several companies that'll bring you into Milan Central Station in about 1 hour.

Getting to Monza
Coming from the airports you will have to go via Milano to get to Monza. For our wedding, we recommend that you stay in beautiful Monza, for at least 30-Sept and 1-Oct nights.
Trains run frequently between Monza and Milan Central or Porta Garibaldi stations (takes 15-20min; €1.65 one way). Click here to download the timetable of the trains.
Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus that runs between Malpensa/Linate airpots to Monza. However, the company will not send cars out unless there are more than 3 passengers. If guests happen to arrive at similar times we are happy to book this bus for you, so please let us know your travel details if you wish to take this option.
Once in Monza, the centre is within walkable distance. Taxis are available outside the train station too.

What to see in Monza
Central pedestrian area of Monza is quite cute for stroll: besides the shops, Monza Duomo cathedral is also worth a visit (where an iron crown containing one of the nails used to crucify Jesus is kept).
Monza park is of course famed for the Grand Prix race track. The park is huge (2x size of NY Central Park) and you can hire bicycles to go around and see the old parabolical track, go horse riding, go picnic, even to play golf..
